Q:What's the payment term?
A:30%TT advance , 70% payment against documents. T/T at sight, L/C.
Q:If I need sample,what should I do?
A:It's our pleasure to send sample for you. Please send the parameters of technical requirements and testing requirements. YT MICA will proceed sampling as per customer request.
Q:Why is your price a bit higher than other Chinese suppliers?
A:To meet the requirement of different customers and areas, our factory

Q:How can you guarantee the quality of mass production is same with the sample sent to me before?
A: We have strict quality control management system. Proceed Volume production exactly according to the approved sample quality and the technical data sheet requested by customer. We control internally every step of IQC,IPQC,OQC.
Q:How can you deal with quality issues that customer feedback after receiving the goods?
A:1) Customers take photos of unqualified goods and then our sales staff will send them to Engineering Department to verify.
2) Study and analyse the root cause and take corrective actions. Submit 8D report.

2. On sale:
During the production period of the product, our company can invite relevant technical personnel to the company for product acceptance and inspection, and at the same time, our company can also provide detailed information about the product. Including structure diagrams and working principles of various data and products. The main inspection work for the product is completed in the company. Previously, we could provide relevant inspection standards for customer approval.
3. After sales:
In order to cooperate with customers to further do a good job in after-sales maintenance and maintenance of products, our company promises:

YT Mica has equipped with various fire-resistant testing devices and can assist customers in developing fire-resistant cable products according to different standards of various countries, providing one-stop solution service.
1. According to different requirements, we have compiled a total of 64 testing items for mica products, including physical properties, electrical properties, thermal properties, aging properties, and flame retardant properties, which basically cover all the requirements for mica performance testing;
2. At present, YT MICA is capable to detect 50 items of the testings and provide theoretical support quickly for different application scenarios of mica products.
