YT Mica / Single side phlogopite mica tape for cables & wires

Single side phlogopite tape uses high-quality phlogopite paper as the base material, glass fiber fabric as the reinforcement material, with good fire-resistant insulation performance and strong tensile strength.It is suitable for fire-resistant insulation layer in fire-resistant cables and can maintain insulation capability under flames for a certain period of time.With fire-resistant temperature up to 750℃-830℃, single side phlogopite tape can pass RoHS, REACH, and ELV environmental protection tests. Phlogopite is soft, widely used in Class B fire-resistant cables due to competitive cost. However, due to the limitation of temperature resistance (phlogopite releases crystal water at 800℃), it is difficult to meet the requirements of Class A fire-resistant cables.
